Preamble
The company SAS Natural Mystic Shop France Diffusion, hereinafter named “Natural Mystic Shop”, whose head office is located at 3 rue Jules Vallès, 9000 BELFORT - FRANCE, and registered with the Belfort RCS 851 619 866 can organize games in online (hereinafter the “Game” or “Competition Game”).
The games organized on the Natural Mystic Shop Facebook® page are free and without obligation to purchase.
The natural-mystic-shop.com site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. Additionally, this site is not endorsed by Facebook or Meta in any way. Facebook is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
By taking part in the various games via the Facebook® page of the Natural Mystic Shop brand, participants will be able to access the draw allowing one of them to win a prize, the nature of which is indicated within each competition publication concerned. The games are accessible on the natural Mystic Shop Facebook® gaming platform at the following address: https://www.facebook.com/naturalmysticshopcom/ (hereinafter the “Platform”).
It is specified that the Competition Game is developed and managed by Natural Mystic shop to the exclusion of any sponsorship or intervention from the company Facebook®, only ensuring the hosting of the Competition Game within its Platform.
This document is the rules of the Competition, hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”. It may be supplemented and/or modified at any time during the duration of the Game, by any additional clause which will come into force solely because of its publication online by Natural Mystic Shop.
Any person is deemed to have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the Rules in their entirety, and in particular the article relating to personal data as soon as they access and register in the Game.
All of the above-mentioned documents are made available and accessible to any user and participant during the duration of the Game. They are asked to make a backup copy and/or print all of the above-mentioned texts in order to be able to refer to it, if necessary.
Article 1: Access conditions
1.1. Participation in the Competition is open to any person meeting the cumulative conditions below:
(i) natural person and adult,
(ii) having Internet access and a valid personal email address,
(iii) having a Facebook® account and accessing the Competition via the Facebook® Natural Mystic Shop gaming platform for the duration indicated in the relevant game publication, at the following address https://www.facebook .com/naturalmysticshopcom/
Natural Mystic Shop will, within the limits of the means at its disposal, verify compliance with these criteria. In the event that one of these criteria is not met, registration for the Competition cannot be validated.
1.2. Participation in the Competition is limited to registration in the draw as detailed in article 2 below.
1.3. Access to the Competition is prohibited to employees of SAS Natural Mystic Shop France Diffusion and to any natural or legal person having collaborated or collaborating in the organization of the Competition, including members of their immediate families (e.g. spouse, common-law partner). , child, sister and brother, parent, PACS partner).
Article 2: Participation
2.1. The Competition is open to any person meeting all of the conditions mentioned above, excluding any person mentioned in the article.

Registration for the draw is only effective at the end of these steps.
It is understood that each participant undertakes to reveal correct information about themselves. Natural Mystic Shop disclaims all liability in the event that a participant uses false names and/or first names associated with a valid email address, or even usurps the identity of a third party.
2.2. Participation in the Competition is carried out exclusively electronically on the Natural Mystic Shop Facebook® gaming platform, with the draw being carried out among the participants registered therein.
Any participation in the Competition on plain paper or in any other form is excluded.
2.3. Participation in the Competition will only be valid if the information required by Natural Mystic Shop is complete and correct.
Any entries made using incorrect or falsified information or via counterfeit or falsified forms will be automatically forfeited of any right to obtain any winning prize.
2.4. All participants undertake to respect the Rules. Any non-compliance with the Rules by the Participant, and in particular any fraud, abuse, cheating by him, may result in his exclusion from the Game by decision of Natural Mystic Shop.
In addition, in the presence of abuse or cheating by one or more participants, Natural Mystic Shop reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition without notice, particularly when the integrity of the Competition is called into question in its purpose. .
Article 3: Determination of winners – delivery of prizes
3.1. Lots
The winner will be determined by drawing lots between participants via Facebook. This winner wins the prize indicated in the dedicated publication available on the Platform. Participants will not be able to claim any compensation or compensation of any kind in the event of cancellation or loss other than any compensation offered by the organizer. The lot offered cannot give rise to any dispute of any kind, nor to the return of the monetary equivalent, nor to exchange or replacement for any reason whatsoever by Natural Mystic Shop. If circumstances require, Natural Mystic Shop reserves the right to replace the prize with other prizes of equivalent value.
3.2. Determination of winners
The winner will be determined by a draw which will be carried out on the date mentioned in the dedicated publication, in the database of people registered for the draws.
3.3. Winner information/prize ceremony
Natural Mystic Shop will inform the winners by the electronic means available to it, the day or the day after the draw. On this occasion, the winners will be informed of the arrangements for receiving their prize.
Winners must use their prize from the date indicated. If the winners fail to return them on time, they will lose their prize without Natural Mystic Shop being held liable or any compensation due. If it is a non-electronic prize, delivery will be made within 90 days from the date of designation of the winner, to the winner's home by the company concerned.
Notwithstanding the above, the organizing company also reserves the right to keep the prizes which should have been awarded to the defaulting winner and to dispose of them as it wishes.
Article 4: Modification / termination of the Competition
4.1. Natural Mystic Shop reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Competition in the event of a case of force majeure which would make it impossible to continue the Competition in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and in particular in case of malfunction of the Internet network (due to a virus or not), the Platform or any other problem linked to (tele)communication networks, means, and services, computers (online or not), servers, providers of access and/or hosting to the Internet, computer equipment or software, data or databases.
4.2. In the event that such a cancellation, modification, extension or reduction of the duration of the Competition were to occur, Natural Mystic Shop undertakes to notify participants by email and/or by publication within the Platform via the dedicated application and, where applicable, to communicate to them the new applicable rules or the new closing date of the Competition.
In the event of a modification of these Rules with regard to the preceding mentions, the continuation of the Competition by registered participants will constitute acceptance of the modifications made, each participant having the possibility of unsubscribing from the Competition by contacting Natural Mystic Shop.
4.3. In the event of modification of the conditions of the Competition, cancellation, interruption or reduction of the duration of the Competition, the liability of Natural Mystic Shop cannot be incurred and participants will not be able to claim any compensation, which they accept.
4.4. Each of the Participants finally accepts that Natural Mystic Shop can end the Competition, or make changes to it at any time in the event that it notices a significant number of abuses and cheating, whether during registration for the Competition. or its very progress.
The cancellation or modification of the Competition will be communicated to participants by publication on the Platform or by any means that Natural Mystic Shop deems appropriate.
Article 5: Exemption and limitation of liability
Natural Mystic Shop cannot be held responsible for damages, direct or indirect, whatever the causes, origins, nature or consequences, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, caused by:
(i) a malfunction of the Internet network or computer equipment, including the Platform and the application (hardware and/or software and/or databases and/or data) of a Participant or any person or company linked to the organization of the Competition or, more generally, any other problem linked to (tele)communication networks, means and services, computers (online or not), servers, access providers and/or hosting the Internet, computer equipment or software, databases and data of anyone;
(ii) the veracity of the information given by the Participant, and which it could not validly consider as not complying with the provisions of these regulations and the Conditions of Use with regard to the information and means in its possession;
(iii) any manufacturing defect, breakdown or other malfunction, the conformity of the lots with the standards to which they may be subject or the safety of use of the lots offered (under normal conditions of use) which would not be its own products.
Natural Mystic Shop declines all responsibility for damage caused by events beyond its control, resulting from the use of the lot, or the service of a supplier.
Article 6: Participation fees
The Competition is free and with no obligation to purchase.
The Rules are made available free of charge to participants on the Platform dedicated to the Game.
For participants accessing the Competition via a modem and by means of a telephone line billed according to the time spent – that is to say excluding cable, ADSL or specialized connection subscriptions and packages including or offering communication costs – the Site connection costs incurred for participation in the Competition will not be reimbursed to participants.
Article 7: Dispute
In the event of a dispute or complaint concerning the Competition for any reason whatsoever, requests must be sent in writing to the attention of Natural Mystic Shop by post to the address mentioned in the preamble, during the duration of the Competition and maximum within sixty (60) days after the winners have been designated.
In the event of a dispute or complaint concerning the prizes awarded, requests must be sent in writing to the attention of Natural Mystic Shop, by e-mail to the address contact@natural-mystic-shop.com or by post to address mentioned in the preamble within seven (7) days after receipt of confirmation of the price.
Each participant undertakes, in the event of a difficulty which may arise regarding the application or interpretation of the Regulations, to make an amicable appeal to Natural Mystic Shop prior to any legal action against the latter.
The Regulations are subject to French law. In the event that no amicable solution is found between the participant(s) and Natural Mystic Shop, any dispute arising from these Regulations will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Territoire de Belfort.
Article 8: Personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the law of August 2, 2002 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, files and freedoms, as well as all texts relating to the execution of the provisions which therein are planned, the participant is informed that all of the information requested in the Competition registration form is mandatory, and mentioned as such, and that failure to answer these questions by the participant will prohibit him from participating in the Game. .
The data collected is strictly necessary for the successful completion of the Game. Any Participant also has the rights of access, rectification, blocking and deletion of data concerning him or her by contacting Natural Mystic Shop directly by e-mail at the address contact@natural-mystic-shop.com or by unsubscribing from the Natural Mystic Shop page.
It is specified in this respect that any request for deletion of this data by any means whatsoever during the duration of the Competition may result in the cancellation of registration for the Competition.
In the event that the participant expressly expresses his wish to receive the Natural Mystic Shop Newsletter, the data transmitted will then be collected by Vanksen for the purposes of surveys, analyzes or as part of commercial operations by Natural Mystic Shop, its subsidiaries, its commercial network and/or any company offering a service on behalf of Natural Mystic Shop.
Article 9: Electronic evidence agreement
Natural Mystic Shop may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements of a nature or in format or computer or electronic support, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by it or the participants, except abuse or manifest error. Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the elements in the aforementioned computer or electronic format or medium. Thus, the elements considered constitute evidence and, if they are produced as means of proof by SAS Natural Mystic Shop France Diffusion in any contentious or other procedure, they will be admissible and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions. and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.
