Our return policy linked to our Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 14 full days after receipt of your order . For a return, if 14 days have passed since receipt of your item and your request by email, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return , your item must be completely unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and obviously present a manufacturing defect.
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. We may also in certain situations require photos of the item or packaging in your order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
Before reshipment, we must also be informed by email and validate this return with you. We will then give you the specific address for your return. Then simply make sure to return your package using our return address, by tracked mail and with insurance for market values above 60 euros (costs payable by the buyer).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain time frame.
If you have not received the product within 60 days after shipment, we will refund your purchase in full or we will reship it free of charge at your convenience, except custom-made products (90-day deadline).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It takes some processing time before a refund is visible on your statement.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded. All sale product sales are final sales.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged prior to your possession. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Theft from mailboxes / Bad delivery
All our shipments are tracked. If your package or tracked letter is stated as being "delivered" by your postal service and you were not in possession of the item, we decline all responsibility. In this case, please have your tracking number sent by email or SMS and request it from your post office or from the postman who notified the delivery. We therefore do not cover theft or misdelivery of mail.
For purchases in France, outside France and the European Union:
Any bank charges applied by your establishment remain the responsibility of the Buyer, including in the event of reimbursement. The customer declares to be fully authorized to use the payment card produced to finance their order. Beyond that, you should contact customer service.
